| 期待される役割とスコープ | ・ Business input / output management (including transfer of CAD 3D data and deliverables) ・ Development lead of Offshore Engineers (in India) ・ Participation in Customer development meetings (participation in development meetings with suppliers and customers as necessary) ・ Create or update CAD 3D data or cross section ・ Update of development materials other than CAD data |
| 必要な学歴・経験 | ・ Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering ・ 10+ years of plastics design, Automotive interiors domain experiene ・ Experience in developing automobiles or automobile parts: 5+ years ・ Development experience of CPM interior parts (IP or CC or VENT or CCB): 5+ years ・ Development experience with OEM or parts manufacturer (including direct negotiation): 5+ years ・ 3D data creation of resin parts or pressed parts using NX ・ Product design expertise for interiors & exteriors ・ Injection mold design, die casting, tool design experience, jigs & fixture design ・ Communication and coordination between Japanese customer and off-shore engineer team overseas ・ Project Management Experience ・ Japanese Proficiency: N3 and above |
| 必要なツールスキル・知識 | ・ CAD usage experience: 10 years (Any CAD tool, but NX for 5+ years) ・ CAD tool: UG NX, NX CAE Experience: 2 to 5 years ・ PLM software: Team Center ・ PC software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email) |
| 本ポジションに特に必要なスキル | ・ Managing the offshore & cross functional coordination at Customer Location (Project Management) ・ Leading the devleopment process and guiding the offshore teams ・ Guiding the teams as per project milestones and responsible for crtical reviews of offshore deliverables ・ Creation of Master section at different assembly condition ・ Understand the master section and make clearance study report ・ New proposal for critical assembly constraints area ・ Tool feasibility check while assembly and maintenance condition ・ Experience in Team Center (new Part Assembly creation ,data transfer to customer) ・ Good knowledge of Design for Assembly ・ Tool and die knowledge |

Should/Must have: ・ Design of interior, exterior of automotive domain・ Analysis of input surfaces( Draft analysis, thickness analysis) ・ Study of Die draw, slider and lifters analysis for the components ・ Creations of Master Sections from Styling surfaces given by OEM ・ Generation of B-surface and C-surface from input (Styling) surfaces ・ Packaging study ・ Gap and Flush analysis ・ Concept creation for the attachment and location features ・ Design and development of plastic parts and sheet metal parts Additional /Added advantage: ・ Good experience/knowledge in Injection mold design for plastic components・ Good experience/knowledge in Value engineering/Value Analysis for plastic and sheet metal parts ・ Good knowledge of DFMEA, DFA, DFM, GD&T, Prototype development ・ Good knowledge in gauge and fixture design |

一次面談
書類選考により面談に進んでいただく方については、採用担当者より面談設定のご連絡 を致します。募集ポジションに応じて、プロジェクトチームや営業による一次面談を行います。
※リモート、または対面となります。ポジションによっては英語面接も含まれます。
STEP 03
二次～三次面談
一次面談の結果に応じて、プロジェクトマネージャーや営業部長、そしてCEO、COO含む面談を数回行います。
※リモート、または対面となります。英語面接も含まれます 。
STEP 04
内定
複数面談を経て結果的に内定とさせていただく場合、採用担当者より内定のご連絡を致します。
